Speaking at the Intermediaries and Reinsurance Underwriters Association’s (IRUA) Annual Underwriting & Claims Conference, Mullen Coughlin Partner and Chair of the Litigation practice group Carolyn Purwin Ryan joins a panel of cyber insurance professionals on the general session, “Cyber – Where is the Market Today” on April 28 in Delray Beach, Florida.
Moderated by Munich Re’s SVP Paul Needle, this session reviews the current state of the cyber insurance market, how cyber risk is being underwritten in new policies, and how insurers, brokers, and legal professionals are shaping how organizations better defend themselves against cyber threats and how to detect, contain, and recover from data privacy and security incidents and resulting litigation or regulatory investigation.
