Mullen Coughlin proudly announces the elevation of four (4) partners to Equity Partner – M. Alexandra (Alex) Belton; Jeffrey J. Boogay; Amanda Harvey; and Paul T. McGurkin, Jr.

Alex Belton has been with the firm since its founding in October 2016. “A natural leader and mentor, she consistently demonstrates core Mullen Coughlin values such as collaboration, experience, respect and positivity while delivering excellent counsel and service to clients, carriers and brokers,” says Jennifer Coughlin, Co-Founder and Managing Partner.

Jeff Boogay has also been with the firm since its founding. “A top-notch lawyer and team player, clients and colleagues have the utmost confidence and trust in Jeff for good reason, given his experience and skill, and he is vital in the continued growth of the next generation of data privacy attorneys,” says Partner Greg Bautista.

Paul McGurkin has been with the firm since its founding, as well. “Always giving 100%, he is consistently focused on bettering the firm internally through mentorship and commitment to the practice, as well as externally through building and expanding upon client and partner relationships,” says Co-Founder and Partner Chris DiIenno.

Amanda Harvey joined the firm in January 2020 and was Mullen Coughlin’s first Texas-based attorney. “Not only is she an exceptional attorney enthusiastic about the practice of law and enthusiastically provides counsel to clients, but she is also a great leader and mentor, often taking an acute interest in fostering the growth and development of attorneys and non-attorneys at the Firm,” says Greg.

“The promotion of these individuals is a true testament to their professional and personal success, as well as their commitment to providing unparalleled data privacy and security legal services and contributing to the growth and success of Mullen Coughlin,” says John Mullen, CEO and Co-Founder.
