Mullen Coughlin, effective March 1, 2023, announces the elevation of 16 attorneys, including four (4) Partners to Equity Partner and three (3) Senior Associates to Partner. The promotions of these attorneys, and nine (9) Associates to Senior Associate, are the result of their tireless commitment and dedication to Mullen Coughlin’s clients, partners and data privacy and security law in the cyber insurance industry and beyond. The 16 attorney promotions include team members from the Incident Response, Advisory Compliance and Privacy Litigation practices.

Mullen Coughlin’s new Equity Partners include Elizabeth Dill, Brian F. Fox, Paulyne Gardner and James F. Monagle.

Elevated to the Mullen Coughlin partnership are S. Chandler Harris, Lynda Klebanoff and Melissa Sachs.

Finally, promoted from Associate to Senior Associate are Meghan Carey, Kevin M. Farrell, Len Fisher, Gregory P. Mazmanian, Addia A. Rodriguez, Justin M. Schiff, Jillian L. Seifrit, Karissa E. Smith and Craig G. Steen.
